Summary: Stayed here over Christmas with my kids. The house was very clean, everything is still pretty new. I found a few small things lacking in the kitchen — need a can opener, dish scrubby & mixing bowls. The showers were limited to warm water — could not turn the handles all the way to hot. And it didn’t impact us, but it has 2 full size beds & 1 queen — not 3 queens as listed. They were extra firm mattresses — so if you like that you’re good!Overall the house was good, convenient to everything on the West Side & in a safe area. I would stay here again.

Summary: Property was very clean, lots of TVs and hang out areas, which was amazing since my family is obsessed with football. We also loved the area. Only complaint is the beds were advertised as queen size and they were actually full which made it a bit cramped for my husband and I sharing a bed.

Summary: We were in town to watch MSJ football home game. The house was very clean. Plenty of room. Great communication with property manager. The location was perfect - close to the university and dining out. Would recommend highly.

Summary: We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and location to university of Cincinnati and the downtown. The house has definitely been remodeled and that is especially nice. One suggestion is to have a lamp or light where the tv is on the main floor.

Summary: Perfect location if your attending any event in Downtown Cincinnati, Rental was clean and spacious with the lower level. Arnell communicated very quickly if you have any questions and procedures about arrival and departure. Definitely will stay there again if available.

Summary: This was a perfect house for a two-night business trip for me and my coworker. The basement had its own bedroom and bathroom, so it was ideal for one of us to stay there and stay on the main floor. The house was immaculate and had a good supply of linens and kitchen utensils. The Host was very easy to communicate with. The house was about 10 minutes from downtown in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood, which was just perfect. Would definitely stay here again when I come to Cincinnati!
